专利说明:

The present invention relates to a shower enclosure with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
When installing shower enclosures, such as shower cubicles or shower walls, one is often confronted with the fact that the walls and the floor are not perpendicular to each other, curved and / or the effective installation situation (distance wall to cup edge) and position of the shower tray varies. This makes it necessary to align the shower walls optionally on both the top and bottom.
To accomplish this, multiple adjusting devices are known from the prior art. Thus, for example, AT 508 713 A1 shows such a mounting device, with which, furthermore, the inclination of a sheet-like element via two or three adjustment devices can be changed without tools. Especially in the case of heavy sheet-like separating elements, a considerable expenditure of force is necessary for the adjustment.
The object of the invention is to provide a comparison with the prior art improved shower enclosure.
This object is achieved by a shower enclosure with the features of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
Characterized in that, each of the at least two adjusting devices has at least one perpendicular to the side edge of the plate-shaped separating element extending toothing, which is arranged on the first fitting part or on the second fitting part and further comprises an adjustable toothing gear, which at the other of the first fitting part or second fitting part is arranged, it comes to a preferred power transmission and thus easier adjustment of the shower enclosure, as a gear or the teeth on the one hand exactly the inclination of the plate-shaped separating element can be changed and on the other hand this can be performed with a suitable tool with little effort.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a shower enclosure 100. This shower enclosure 100 has a plate-shaped partition element 10 with a side edge 11. Furthermore, the shower enclosure 100 has two mounting devices 101 for connecting the plate-shaped separating element 10 with a wall or another plate-shaped separating element. In this embodiment of Figures 1 to 15, the shower enclosure 100 has no frame, so it is frameless. In the embodiment of Figures 16 to 26, the shower enclosure 100 has a continuous along the side edge 11 profile. Alternatively, a shower enclosure with frame would be conceivable.
FIG. 2 shows a detailed illustration of FIG. 1 in the case of the upper mounting device 101. This mounting device 101 has a cover 102 in order to produce both a sight and splash protection for the mounting device 101.
FIGS. 3 and 4 show two different positions of the mounting device 101 relative to the plate-shaped separating element 10. This adjustment was achieved by the adjusting device of the mounting device, not shown here (see Figures 9, 12 and 13).
In FIGS. 5 and 6, the same positions of the mounting device 101 are relative to the plate-shaped separating element 10, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, with the difference that the view is from the rear. In this illustration, the second fitting part 2 is clearly visible, which is firmly connected to a wall or another plate-shaped separating element and this preferably via the two mounting holes 61. Also in these figures, the vertical side edge 11 of the plate-shaped separating element 10O is clearly visible.
FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 show two different positions of the mounting device 101 on the plate-shaped separating element 10 of the shower enclosure 100. The position of the mounting device 101 of FIG. 7 reflects the positions shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, and the positions in FIG the mounting device 101 of Figure 4 and 6 taken. In these figures 7 and 8, the cover 102 (not shown, see Figures 1 and 2) has been removed to allow the view of the adjusting device 20 of the mounting device 101.
FIG. 9 shows an exploded perspective view of an upper mounting device 101 of a shower enclosure 100 (see FIG. 1). This shower enclosure 100 has the plate-shaped separating element 10 with its in mounting position vertically extending side edge 11. The mounting device 101 has a first fitting part 1 and a second fitting part 2, which serves for connecting the plate-shaped separating element 10 with a wall or a further plate-shaped separating element. In this case, the first fitting part 1 is fixedly connected to the plate-shaped separating element 10 and the second fitting part 2 is fixedly connected to a wall or another plate-shaped separating element, in this preferred embodiment via the two mounting holes 61. The mounting device 101 here further comprises the adjusting device 20 by which the distance between the first fitting part 1 and the second fitting part 2 in a direction perpendicular to the side edge 11 of the plate-shaped separating element 10 is independently adjustable. It is envisaged that - as shown in Figure 8 visible - at least two adjusting devices 20 are provided to change this distance.
The adjusting device 20 furthermore has a locking device 30, by means of which the distance between the first fitting part 1 and the second fitting part 2 respectively set via the adjusting device 20 can be locked in order to create a stable construction of a shower enclosure 100.
The adjusting device 20 has a toothing 3 extending at right angles to the side edge 11 of the plate-shaped separating element 10, which in this preferred exemplary embodiment is arranged on the first fitting part 1 and furthermore the adjusting device 20 has a toothed wheel 4 that can be adjusted on the toothing 3, which in this exemplary embodiment is arranged on the second fitting part 2 and which is mounted on the axle 9, which in turn is mounted in the first fitting part 1.
Formed here in this case preferably the toothing 3 on the fitting element 6, which is formed in one piece with the second fitting part 2 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the toothing 3 is formed in a slot 7 on its underside, in contrast to the embodiment of Figures 16 to 26 (see in particular Figures 21,22 and 23). For fixing the mounting device 101, the locking device 30 is provided with its locking element 31. In this embodiment, the locking device 30 even two locking elements 31, which are designed as screws, which correspond with matching nuts 36 in the first fitting part 1.
Between the locking elements 31 and their associated nuts 36 are the holes 37 in the second fitting part 2. By tightening the locking elements 31 of the second fitting part 2 is firmly connected to the first fitting part 1.
However, before performing this fixation - that is, locking - the adjustment device 20 is used to align the plate-shaped separator 10 (see Figures 12-15 for more on this feature).
The axle pin 9 has a deviating from the circular cross section, which corresponds to a bore in the gear 4, which also has a deviating from the circular cross section. It is thereby achieved that, when the gear 4 moves on the toothing 3, the axle bolt 9 and thus the first fitting part 1 and thus the plate-shaped separating element 10 moves with (see Figures 12 and 13). Likewise, of course, any other form-fitting and / or non-positive connection between the gear 4 and the axle 9 would be conceivable.
In order to fix the two nuts 36 and the axle pin 9 in the guide 13 of the first fitting part 1 in their position, the spacers 62 are provided, which are inserted into the guide 13 of the first fitting part 1 - as shown in Figures 10 and 11 is. Through the use of these spacers 62, the axle pin 9 can still rotate in the guide 13 of the first fitting part 1 and is still held by the spacers 62 in its position (height).
FIGS. 12 and 13 show in plan view and in a view from above how an adjustment of the two fitting parts 1 and 2 takes place relative to one another. By inserting a suitable tool into the tool holder 12 of the axle pin 9 and then turning the tool clockwise, the gear 4 moves over the teeth 3 and thus moves the first fitting part 1 relative to the second fitting 2, thereby resulting in a method of ~ plate-shaped separating element 10th comes to the right - as shown in the figure 13. After the process of the gear 4 in the slot 7 on the
Teeth 3, the desired position on the tool holder 38 of the locking member 31 is clamped.
The plane lying along the toothing 3 extending at right angles to the side edge 11 of the plate-shaped separating element 10 runs essentially parallel to the plane lying along the plate-shaped separating element 10.
Further, the rotation axis 5 of the gear 4 is substantially perpendicular to the plane extending along the plate-shaped partition member 10, and is perpendicular to the side edge 11 of the plate-shaped partition member 10.
FIG. 14 shows a perspective view of the position of the mounting device 101 of FIG. 12, and FIG. 15 shows a perspective view of the mounting device 101 of FIG. 13.
In these illustrations, it can be clearly seen that the locking element axis 32 of the locking element 31 extends substantially parallel to the axis of rotation 5 of the gear 4. In this case, the Arretierelementachse 32 of the locking member 31 is spaced from the axis of rotation 5 of the gear 4 in this embodiment. In contrast, in the other embodiment of Figures 16 to 26, the Arretierelementachse 32 of the locking member 31 with the axis of rotation 5 of the gear 4 congruent (see, for example, Figure 21).
With these two embodiments of the shower enclosure 100 of Figures 1 to 15 and 16 to 26, it is not only possible that after installation, the mounting device is adjusted by a single fitter, but it is also possible that a single fitter mounted the shower enclosure 100. In the embodiment of Figures 1 to 15, it is provided that the mounting device 101 and these two mounting devices 101 are already assembled pre-assembled on the plate-shaped partition member 10 and ready to be delivered for assembly. The exemplary embodiment of FIGS. 16 to 26 is primarily delivered in two parts, one part with the profile together with the second fitting parts 2 of the mounting device 101 and one part with the plate-shaped separating element 10 and the first fitting parts 1 of the mounting device 101 preassembled thereon.
In these two embodiments, a gear 4 is used in each case.
This is because it is the best form of transmission for the forces. But it would also be conceivable that, for example, an eccentric is used or a worm gear to achieve a comfortable solution. However, it has been shown that the easiest adjustment for the plate-shaped separating element 10, which is usually designed as a heavy glass plate, can be achieved via a gear and an associated toothing.
In both embodiments, as can be clearly seen from the figures, the plate-shaped separating element 10 moves relative to the cover 102, whereby a visually appealing shower enclosure 100 in all positions of the mounting device 101 and their first and second fitting parts 1 and 2 is achieved to each other.
FIGS. 16 to 18 show perspectively a shower enclosure 100, which has a frame in this exemplary embodiment, in contrast to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 15.
Also like the previous embodiment, this shower enclosure 100 has two mounting devices 101, each having an adjustment device 20 to align the plate-shaped partition member 10, as shown in Figures 17 and 18.
The two possible end positions of the plate-shaped separating element 10 in the context of the shower enclosure 100 are shown in FIGS. 19 and 20.
The difference from the previous embodiment will now be described with reference to FIG. 21. Here, the mounting device 101 is shown in a perspective exploded view, which in turn has an adjusting device 20 as well as a locking device 30.
A main difference to the previous embodiment is here that the locking member 31 is formed as a nut and that a further clamping element 33 is provided that is clamped in the locked state of the locking device 30 between the locking member 31 and the gear 4. In this case, the clamping element 33 has a bore 34, wherein the bore 34 has a bore axis 35 which is congruent with the Arretierelementachse 32 of the locking member 31 and the axis of rotation 5 of the gear 4. Thus, an extremely compact setting and locking device 20 and 30th realized.
The toothing 3 is also formed here in the fitting element 6, but not on the underside of the slot 7, but at the top. The position of the toothing 3 is also possible in both illustrated embodiments also on the other side.
Furthermore, here the fitting element 6 is not formed integrally with the second fitting part 2, but here is an independent component which can be pivoted during assembly of the shower enclosure (relative to the second fitting part 2 - see also Figure 24).
This makes it possible that the fitting 6 can be pivoted with the slot 7 during assembly of the plate-shaped separating element 10 via the axle 9 and the gear 4 and thus holds the plate-shaped separator 10, while the clamping element 33 and the locking screw 31 are fixed to the axle 9 ,
Furthermore, in this preferred embodiment, a corrugation 8 is formed both on the fitting element 6 and on the underside of the clamping element 33 in order to achieve a better adhesion and thus to provide a more stable shower enclosure 100. It would also be conceivable, of course, to form only one corrugation 8 on one of the two elements 6 or 33. An embodiment in which no corrugation is present and the two elements 6 and 33 abut flat is also conceivable.
In FIGS. 22 and 23, again, two possible positions of the two fitting parts 1 and 2 relative to one another are shown, which have been set via the setting device 20 and fixed via the locking device 30. The movement of the gear 4 on the toothing 3 is again effected by means of a suitable tool which has been inserted into the tool holder 12 of the axle 9 and has subsequently been rotated. Once the desired position has been taken on the locking screw 31, the deadlock. These two positions of Figures 22 and 23 are also reflected in Figures 25 and 26 in a top view. FIG. 24 once again shows the setting device 20 and the locking device 30 with their elements in an exploded view. Here is clearly visible how the fitting element 6 can be pivoted in the second fitting part 2 to make contact with the first fitting part 1. For both embodiments, the following advantages should be mentioned: - The adjustment by the adjustment device 20 can be made stepless. - During adjustment, the plate-shaped partition member 10, which is normally formed of glass, secured against falling over and slipping, which contributes to an increase in safety. - A particular advantage of these shower enclosures 100 is that for assembly in the normal case only one fitter is necessary, which positively affects the cost. - To adjust a very small amount of force for the installer is necessary because of the teeth 3 and the gear 4 there is a positive power transmission. - The selected adjustment position is retained even without locknuts. - After blocking / locking the overall structure is very stable against accidental adjustment.
